November 18, 2025 – Reminder – We remind trail users that the Kawartha Trans Canada Trail is managed by a group of dedicated volunteers from our community. It’s disappointing to see that after the efforts we made in seeking funding and donations we received for repairs to Doube’s Bridge, some trail users continue to throw their garbage along the trail, especially at Doube’s Bridge. Please be kind to our neighbours as well as our volunteers and take out your coffee cups, sofa cans, dog waste and other garbage. Please don’t leave it for volunteers to pick up after you. Volunteers have recently picked up 3 garbage bags along the Doube’s Bridge section including on Orange Corners Road.

Please keep our trail clean.
